Important home delivery info
Thank you so much for choosing Pure Pastures! We are excited to get your order to you. A few things to know before submitting your order:
1. Please check the map to the right to see what day your order will be delivered. If you have any questions about what day you fall on, shoot us an email and we can clear that up for you!
2. For day of delivery communication, we use a routing app that sends a real time ETA notification via email and text. Please make sure that the email and phone number you use at checkout is correct and able to receive these types of communication. If we can not get a hold of you when we get to your location, we will bring your order back to the ranch and reschedule your delivery.
3. If you have a gate code, apartment number, or any other pertinent details we would need to complete your delivery, please leave those in the "order instructions" at checkout. We want to make your delivery experience as seamless as possible.
4. If no one will be home to accept your delivery, please leave an appropriately sized cooler out for us to leave your order in. Please include ice packs in the cooler as well (the Texas heat will turn an empty cooler into an oven quickly). If there is no cooler left out, or it is not big enough to fit your order, we will bring your order back to the ranch and reschedule your delivery.
