Our Rancher’s Choice boxes will be packed based on available inventory, value, and weight; there are no specific cuts that go in these boxes. We try and give a good mix of ground, roasts, and premium cuts in every box, but if there is something specific you are looking for, leave us a comment in the “additional info” box at checkout and we will try to accommodate your requests!
